At ATI Liquid Detergent, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please review our return and refund policy below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 1 day of delivery with supporting images.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales (unless defective or damaged).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email at arpitawgp@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and provide instructions on returning the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
- If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a free replacement.
- Customers must report the issue within 1 day of delivery with supporting images.
- Approved replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
